Heggerty Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return like-new printed materials within 90 days, or cancel digital licenses within 7 days, for a refund, credit, or replacement. Please read our return & cancellation policy below for full details.

Print Materials

Print materials that are in resalable or “like new” condition may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund, credit, or replacement. All returns require prior approval from the Heggerty Support team. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return materials.

Returned materials must be received in resalable condition. Returned materials with noticeable wear, damage (including damage caused while in transit), stamps or other markings are not eligible for refund or credit.

To initiate a return request, please email the Heggerty Support team at hello@heggerty.org with the following information: Sales order number, complete address, reason for return, and title(s) and quantity of product(s) being returned.

Upon approval, Heggerty’s support team will email you with detailed return instructions and our return shipping address. Refunds, credits, and replacements will be processed within 14 days of receipt of return. Shipping and handling costs from the original order invoice are non-refundable.

Digital Licenses

Digital licenses may be canceled for a refund or credit within 7 days of the purchase date or subscription renewal date. All cancellations require prior approval from the Heggerty Support team.
