Children have had a rough few years so it’s no surprise that reading scores are on the decline. Luckily, there are easy (and fun!) actions that teachers can take to improve children’s reading skillsets.

In this webinar you will learn all about the 3 Ps of reading—phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, and phonics—what they are, how they’re different, and why they’re a critical part of building children’s reading abilities. Heggerty authors and former literacy specialists Alisa VanHekken and Marjorie Bottari share actionable strategies that you can start using in your classroom the very next day.

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to PreK-2nd grade teachers, literacy specialists, curriculum directors, and administrators who are ready to create lasting change in literacy scores and children’s abilities to read.
