The Heggerty Primary Extension Curriculum provides explicit instruction in both basic and advanced phonemic awareness skills. Lessons are designed for whole group instruction, with a unison response.
Lesson format:

Intervention Lessons for 2nd Grade and Up
Some students may need more than 12 weeks of explicit phonemic awareness instruction to rebuild their reading skill set. That’s where Bridge the Gap comes in. A series of systematic intervention lessons, Bridge the Gap helps educators identify areas for targeted instruction, based on student needs.
